I’ve been looking forward to getting some time to play around with, and program, one of these Bridgecom Repeaters, and now is that time. This will be the first episode in a small series, where I show the many features of the repeater, and what it can be used for. This will also be my new portable DMR repeater that I take with me when traveling, so expect to see it in several future episodes.

The BCR-40U repeater is the Bridgecom 40-watt UHF repeater, but lots of clubs in my home area use the BCR-220 repeater for the 1.25M Ham Radio band. If you are interested in 220 at all, you should be following this channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5JzbaXRst_EPZIH1UrXJew
