My Real-World Experience (From the Review Video)

I had already been running the two-camera G900 Pro version for about three months before getting the TriPro, and I was impressed enough to upgrade. Installation was straightforward:

• The main mirror unit straps right over your existing rearview mirror.
• The rear camera mounted cleanly on my truck’s bed rack — this placement is fantastic for seeing over loads, roof tents, or cargo, and it performed well even in rain.
• The cabin camera uses 3M adhesive and a short cable near the mirror. Important note: Wolfbox confirmed this camera is designed for interior use only (not waterproof). It’s great for family monitoring or legal proof (e.g., showing you weren’t distracted), but I don’t find the self-view particularly useful while driving.

• WiFi is local/ad-hoc — it won’t easily join your truck’s existing WiFi network for remote monitoring.
• The mirror unit is larger than stock and can sometimes interfere with sun visors.
• Optimal placement (especially rear cam on trucks) may require some creativity or extra mounting hardware.

Who Is This Dash Cam For?

• Truck owners who want better visibility over beds/loads or when backing up.

After extended use with both the Pro and now the TriPro, I’m very happy with the Wolfbox G900 TriPro. The few limitations (mainly around the cabin cam’s intended use) are easy to work around, and the overall package is a big step up for comprehensive coverage.
