Episode 92: 2-year Anniversary Episode

Episode 92: 2-year Anniversary Episode

2 years ago today I posted my first video with the title “Ham Radio 2.0” attached to it. That was actually episode #2, and it was a DMR presentation I gave to one of the local Ham Radio clubs near me. Fast forward 2 years, and I now have 92 episodes with just over 5700 subscribers on YouTube. I’m looking forward to seeing where this series goes for the next 12 months.

Last year I gave away a Connect Systems CS800 UHF DMR Mobile Radio.  This year I will be giving away a new TYT MD-2017 Dual Band DMR HT, along with a SharkRF Openspot.  The MD-2017 radios aren’t available quite yet, but they should be here by the time the drawing is completed.

Post a link to this episode on Facebook or Twitter, along with the hashtag #HR2_2year to be entered for a change to win these prizes.

  1. Is your 2yr competion prize available to people who live outside of the USA..??? Colin VK3NQS

    1. Anyone can enter to win. If someone outside the USA wins, then we can workout something to get the items shipped to you. I will probably ship them for free inside of the USA, but outside costs more – but you are certainly welcome to enter.

  2. Shared via Facebook. Love your videos! Your review of the BTech UV-5X3 helped me decide to go ahead and pull the trigger on making that purchase for myself.

    1. What do you mean by “not listed” ?
If you shared it on FB or Twitter with the hashtag #HR2_2year, then you are registered.

  3. Jason About a year ago, I was told to look you up on YouTube I have learned a lot from you and the reviews are always on point.
